We want you to love every piece you order.

Koa Reef swimmer is made to move, stretch and play. But a little care goes a long way! To help it last follow our care guidelines

General Care Guidelines

  • Rinse with fresh water after exposure to salt water or chlorine
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight when not in use
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures
  • Clean gently with mild soap and water
  • Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasives, or bleach

Our Warranty Promise

Koa Reef stands behind the quality of our products. We offer a comprehensive warranty to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.

Warranty Coverage

All Koa Reef swimwear is covered by a 60 day warranty from the date of purchase.

This covered manufacturing faults such as broken stitching, faulty zippers, or fabric defects.

** PLEASE NOTE -- our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse, rough surfaces, or improper care
  • Fading or discolouration from chlorine, saltwater or sunscreen
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defect
  • A description of the issue
  • Proof of purchase

We'll review your claim within 2-3 business days and provide instructions for return or replacement if approved.

Exchanges

We know finding the perfect fit for your little one can be tricky!
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and unused
  • In original packaging with tags attached

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.
