Refund policy

At Koa Reef, we want you and your little ones to love your swimwear. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You can return unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Swimwear worn, used, or damaged is not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email/contact form] with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

  • We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

5. Sale Items

  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds unless faulty.
