At Koa Reef, we want you and your little ones to love your swimwear. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns

You can return unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.

Swimwear worn, used, or damaged is not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
5. Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds unless faulty.
